Do you have any permanent ink reminders of an ex? Did you wake up with what you thought was an eye patch ... but it was actually a tattoo of an eye patch! RadioBDC and Disappearing inc. are teaming up to provide you the opportunity to have a tattoo removed - no matter how big or complex - completely free of charge. Simply submit a photo of your tattoo you would like removed using the form below, and tell us why you want it gone (or the juicy story that goes with it).

RadioBDC will narrow the entries to the five finalists. We will then open up the voting to the RadioBDC listeners, and the ultimate winner will receive a free tattoo removal courtesy of Disappearing inc.

All entries must be in by March 18.
