The epic journey of a small band of small men continues! Finally, the trailer for the next installment of the movie trilogy, based on one book and dragged through the foreseeable future, has been released.

The official YouTube account of Czech Warner Bros. has the trailer, which explains the subtitles, and The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug also features some of the following:

- Hobbits and dwarves riding down waterfalls in large barrels.
- Orlando Bloom as Legolas with eyebrows more intense than aerial views of Rivendell.
- The line, "It's a trap!" (Seriously.)

See for yourself.

It'll be in theaters in December. Hold on to your wizard hats.
