Singer Rich Cronin, who with the band LFO scored a hit with "Summer Girls," died Sept. 8 in Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston of complications from treatment for leukemia. He was 36. Cronin was diagnosed with the disease five years ago. In recent years, Cronin had returned to live in Kingston, where he grew up. Read more from the Globe
