A local gal may be on the cover of Rolling Stone - if you vote her onto the storied music magazine.
Amy Heidemann, the sassy, rapping, pompadour-sporting half of Karmin, the YouTube sensation turned chart-topping pop duo formed at Berklee, is up against pop upstart Rita Ora to win the magazine's "Women Who Rock" contest. The victor will be on the back cover of RS's upcoming "Women Who Rock" issue in September.
Both starlets will perform at Lollapalooza in Chicago this weekend, and fans will be able to vote for which performances they like, as well as other Karmin and Rita Ora videos and interviews, online.
