So you're telling me there's a chance!
On the same day we finally got to see a real trailer for "Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues," another long-rumored sequel to a similarly much-loved stupid comedy, 1994's "Dumb and Dumber," is reportedly back from the dead. That's right, Jim Carrey may once again don a bowl cut as Lloyd Christmas, after Universal picked up the domestic distribution rights for the follow-up "Dumb and Dumber To" (the misspelling is intentional), according to Deadline and confirmed by Entertainment Weekly.
Rhode Island brothers Peter and Bobby Farrelly are set to direct again, with Carrey and Jeff Daniels also expected back in the fold. Warner Bros. dropped the sequel on June 10 before Universal revived it this week.
What do you expect? Will you see "Dumb and Dumber To" when it hits theaters? It has to be better than 2003's awful, Carrey-less "Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd," right? Tell us in the comments.
