Jankovic.jpg Belgrade. But still. Yes, "Jelena Jankovic is ranked number one in women's tennis and, it seems, at the Serbian box office. A documentary about her life, "Jelenin svet" or "Jelena's World," unseated "The Quantum of Solace" when it was released back in November.

The trailer looks like something you'd see on the Tennis Channel (please, please read the Wikipedia "plot" synopsis), but Jankovic (over here it's "YANK-o-vitch"), like her fellow top-ranked countryfolk Novak Djokovic and Ana Ivanovic, is wildly popular at home.

She's neither as generically telegenic as Maria Sharapova nor as inarguably bodacious as Serena Williams - nor as imposing on a tennis court, for that matter. But according to the movie, she has fanatic groupies that make whoever's chasing Zac and Vanessa seem like your average personal assistant. And judging from the many shots of Jankovic writhing beneath a bed sheet, the movie is eager to do what a great, grueling two-and-a-half-hour French Open quarterfinal refuses to: objectify her.
