Fitchburg couple blends art and humor

Sculptor Ellen Wetmore and multimedia artist Jeff Warmouth built their relationship on respect for each other's art. Together, they created 'Art Show Down,' a humorous, Old West-motif game show about art and the lives of artists. Wetmore, who is pregnant with the couple's baby, uses her art to poke fun at and savor pregnancy. Warmouth, a prankster artist inspired by the Marx Brothers, created 'Day of the Cabbage,' a film that depicts a giant cabbage hurtling towards earth.
