Dim sum on a lazy Sunday morning has always appealed to me for two reasons. One, it's fun to choose from the small plates that are pushed around on dim sum carts, and two, dim sum is instant gratification - usually, those carts come to your table as soon as you're seated. (Full article: 615 words)
