Alice Waters is single, yo.

At least according to Kim Severson's story in today's New York Times about making lunch with the prototypical locavore. In an aside, Severson writes: "(Currently, Ms. Waters is not in love, though she longs for 'a good pal to be in the world with.')"

Hello, singles? This is an opportunity you cannot pass up. Chef types devoted to farmers' market shopping, slow food, and educating the world about better eating should post to craigslist immediately.
