Lavash crackers

1 package (about 14 ounces) regular or wholewheat lavash

Olive oil spray

Salt, to taste

1. Set the oven at 375 degrees. Have 2 rimmed baking sheets on hand.

2. With scissors, snip the lavash into squares or rectangles. Lay them in one layer on the sheets. Spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle with salt.

3. Toast the crackers for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are firm and golden brown. They can burn quickly, so watch them carefully. As the crackers on the edges turn brown, remove them from the pan.

4. Let the crackers cool completely.

Note: Store the cooled crackers in an airtight tin for up to 3 days.
