2. Charlie Sheen's meltdown and firing from "Two and a Half Men"
The actor has often been regarded in two ways throughout his career: talented and troubled. In 2011, the troubled tag overshadowed his skills as Sheen endured a very public tiff with his "Men" bosses and became a pop-culture punchline. After trashing a hotel room in October 2010, Sheen was hauled into rehab. Sheen, however, checked himself out of treatment, started "rehab" in his home, installed live-in "goddesses," gave a flurry of meme-worthy interviews in which he coined phrases such as "winning" and "tiger's blood," demanded $3 million per episode, and bashed "Men" executive producer Chuck Lorre. Sheen was then booted from the show, and replaced with Ashton Kutcher.
