Miley Cyrus announced she was deemed number one on Maxim's annual Hot 100 list via Instagram and Twitter over the weekend. The 20-year-old singer/actress/former Disney star succeeds super model Bar Refaeli, who topped the list last year.
The former "Hannah Montana" actress tweeted out a picture from the Maxim shoot to her 11 million+ followers thanking them for their support:
My 1st Instagram is dedicated to all my fans ❤ thank you for crowning me #1 Maxim Hot 100 instagram.com/p/Y5rzk0QzPn/— Miley Ray Cyrus (@MileyCyrus) May 4, 2013
Cyrus also made the list in 2012, sitting pretty at number 68.
The magazine's reader-rated Hot 100 list is being revealed little by little on Maxim.com, with "Girls" star Allison Williams clocking in at 91 and "Girl Meets World" actress Danielle Fishel ranked at 27.

For those of you eagerly awaiting Tom Brady's debut on Twitter (including Twitter CEO Dick Costolo, who puts the quarterback on the top of his wish list), it's time to move on -- his better half Gisele Bundchen has joined Instagram.
The supermodel joined the site on April 8 and already has almost 45,000 followers. She's only following six users, including Brazilian model Fernanda Tavares and photographer Mario Sorrenti.
So far, Gisele has uploaded three pictures, and yes, one of them is a "selfie," an extremely popular shot on the photo sharing platform. Her inaugural post was a shot of herself, draped in the Brazilian flag.
Bem-vindo ao meu Instagram oficial! Fotografando no meu amado país.Welcome to my official Instagram!… instagram.com/p/X2TKuentJL/— Gisele Bündchen (@giseleofficial) April 8, 2013
We're expecting more shots of scenic beaches, views of cityscapes, and (we're hoping) pictures of her with the Brady clan.

Following one of reality TV's most elaborate weddings, is one of its most elaborate divorces.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries will head to court May 6, where the soon-to-be mother of Kanye West's baby will ask that the marriage be dissolved, rather than annulled. The Brooklyn Nets player countered Kardashian's petition for divorce in October 2011 claiming the marriage was a fraud. The "Keeping Up" star plans to fight these claims.
Following an April 8 filing, the official witness list requested by Team Kardashian was released. Kim and her mother, Kris Jenner, top the list to be called to the stand, as well as show producers Bunim Murray and Farnaz Farajam.
Meanwhile, Humphries' attorney told E! Online his defense will include statements by wedding planner Sharon Sachs, Will.i.am, and Kardashian's hair dresser. E-mails between the couple and producers of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," their prenuptial agreement, and evidence of a "'mysterious fund transfer' of $100,000 to KKLOVE, LLC from an off-shore account" will also be brought before the court.
The parties will meet Friday to attempt an agreement prior to the court date.

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, may be basking in the glory of her newly-unveiled baby bump, but author Hilary Mantel's scathing attack on the young royal is making headlines as well. During a talk for London Review of Books' Winter Lectures, the 60-year-old Man Booker Prize winner slammed the former Middleton as "painfully thin ... a shop-window mannequin, with no personality of her own, entirely defined by what she wore ... her only point and purpose being to give birth."
The speech, which was first heard during the British Museum earlier this month, was met with a front page Daily Mail piece on Tuesday that fired back, calling it "an astonishing and venomous attack on the Duchess of Cambridge." The piece in print ran with the headline: "A plastic princess designed to breed."
British Prime Minister David Cameron called Mantel's comments "completely misguided and completely wrong," but the Royal office has declined to comment, according to The Washington Post.

Last night's Emmy Awards brought some of television's finest to the red carpet before handing out the coveted trophies to this year's winners at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. The big winners of the night were Showtime drama "Homeland," and ABC comedy "Modern Family," while Boston University grad and "Game Change" actress Julianne Moore as well as Newton native and comedian Louis C.K. were also favorites. "Parks and Recreation" actress and Boston College graduate Amy Poehler didn't manage to snag an award of her own (three years and counting), but she did share a funny moment with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, after losing to the "Veep" star in the outstanding lead actress in a comedy series category. Check out the clip above and comment to let us know what you thought of last night's show.

Mayor Menino isn't the only one against Chick-fil-A these days.
The Jim Henson Company, the company behind the Muppets, "Sesame Street," and other popular puppet franchises, has decided to cut ties with the fast-food chain after Chick-fil-A president Dan Cathy said he is against gay marriage.
The puppet purveyors had teamed up with the chicken chain for a create-your-own puppet kit for young Chick-fil-A customers, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The Henson Company posted the following statement on its Facebook page on July 20.
The Jim Henson Company has celebrated and embraced diversity and inclusiveness for over fifty years and we have notified Chick-Fil-A that we do not wish to partner with them on any future endeavors. Lisa Henson, our CEO is personally a strong supporter of gay marriage and has directed us to donate the payment we received from Chick-Fil-A to GLAAD.
