Former child star David Cassidy was arrested in Schodack, N.Y., last night and charged with a felony DWI, according to Albany news network WNYT.

The "Patridge Family" star was stopped by Schodack Police Officer Tom Jones, who was conducting a Stop-DWI enforcement detail around 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to News 10. Cassidy was also charged with failure to dim his headlights.

The actor had a blood alcohol level of 0.10. He was taken to Rensselaer County Jail where he posted $2,500 bail Wednesday morning, News 10 reported.

In 2010, Cassidy was arrested for a DUI in his native Florida, which makes Wednesday's arrest a felony offense.
