Queen Bey was booed on stage when she arrived 20 minutes late to Britain's V Festival on Saturday night. The 31-year-old mother of Blue Ivy and wife to Jay Z opened her 90-minute set with "Run the World (Girls)," but UK's Metro reported many fans left early because of the rainy conditions, late start, and poor sound quality. In addition, fans who hoped to watch at home were apparently disappointed when the star "reportedly [refused] to grant Channel 4 broadcast rights to her performance" as part of the network's coverage of the festival, according to NME.

Regardless, the "Single Ladies" singer still gave a gracious shout-out to her fans who stuck out through the wet conditions: "Thank you all so much for waiting in the rain. Now let's have some fun in the rain. It feels good, doesn't it?"

The Daily Mail also reported that Beyonce ordered 48 whole chickens and various other tasty treats, totaling 1,444.10, (or more than $2k), from an Essex Nando's location for her crew and entourage at the festival. So, while we can call Beyonce out for being late ... we can't say she's not generous.

Would you wait it out in the rain for Beyonce?
