Matthew McConaughey dropped close to a dramatic 50 pounds for his upcoming role in "The Dallas Buyer's Club" and according to InTouch Weekly, the extreme physical change nearly caused the actor to go blind. According to an unnamed source, the 43-year-old heartthrob reportedly "'started to lose his eyesight" toward the end of filming and turned to doctors, "who confirmed that when you starve yourself you begin to lose your vision."

Adam Levine is feeling the heat from a comment he made after two of his singers were eliminated from "The Voice" this week.
The Maroon 5 singer, 34, was overheard saying "I hate this country" after two of his contestants, Judith Hill and Sarah Simmons, received the least amount of votes from America and were eliminated from the singing competition.
A firestorm erupted on social media over the words.
In a statement released to NBC, he said, "I obviously love my country very much and my comments last night were made purely out of frustration. Being a part of The Voice, I am passionately invested in my team and want to see my artists succeed. Last night’s elimination of Judith and Sarah was confusing and downright emotional for me and my comments were made based on my personal dissatisfaction with the results. I am very connected to my artists and know they have long careers ahead, regardless of their outcome on the show."
And on his own Twitter account, he responded simply by posting definitions to words such as "misunderstand" and "joke."

A second woman has allegedly stepped forward claiming that Justin Bieber is the father of her child, according to Star Magazine. The tabloid cites a "European woman" (which really narrows it down) who claimed the swaggy star slept with her during an excursion in Miami Beach in 2010, resulting in a baby girl born in October of that year. Oh, and the kicker? Biebs would have been the wee age of 15 at the time.
According to a source cited in the story, said "Euorpean woman" has yet to inform Bieber of the results of their so-called tryst. "She only recently began considering alerting Justin to the existence of her daughter."
So is this Mariah Yeater, part 2?
Not so fast. Star cites an unnamed source who says this unnamed "European woman" won't be claiming a cent from the "Boyfriend" singer:
She won’t be asking for a penny form him, and she has no desire to become part of the celebrity lifestyle. She’s going to leave it up to Justin to decide, at any point in the future that he chooses, if he ever wants to get involved with the child.
The tabloid also cites numerous text messages between 19-year-old star and his alleged lover, including gems like: "thanks 4 last night" and "Our little secret?"
A rep for Bieber slammed the rumor to Gossip Cop, calling the claims "completely untrue."
As for Bieber, he was spotted last night supporting bestie Jaden Smith at the premiere of his new flick "After Earth," before hitting the clubs in New York City, according to HollywoodLife.com.

Beyonce and husband, Jay-Z, have been in the news as of late, battling against rumors that the couple is pregnant with their second child, following the cancellation of dates of the Mrs. Carter Show World Tour due to health problems. Time magazine is honoring Angelina Jolie on its cover Friday, calling her influence on the world this week "The Angelina Effect." Her news has shined a spotlight on genetic testing and has prompted women to find out more about it.
Her announcement resulted in "an amazing surge of queries" from women, reports USA Today.
The 37-year-old Oscar winner and mother of six announced Tuesday in a New York Times op-ed that she had undergone a preventative double mastectomy earlier this year after finding out she carries a gene that gives her a high risk of developing breast cancer.
The E! News video above reports on the Time cover and also Brad Pitt's comments about the family rallying around her during her surgeries.
Her surgeries may not be over. People.com is reporting that she will have her ovaries removed next since she still has a 50 percent chance of developing ovarian cancer, something her mother died of in 2007.

Angelina Jolie announced yesterday in a New York Times op-ed that she has undergone a double mastectomy in recent months as a preventative measure after finding out she carried a gene that gives her a high risk of developing breast cancer.
Today People.com is reporting that she will have her ovaries removed as well. There is no official word from Jolie, however. The People.com report says she still faces a 50 percent risk of developing ovarian cancer because of the gene. Jolie's mother died of ovarian cancer in 2007.

The world is talking today about Angelina Jolie's decision to have a double mastectomy.
Jolie made the announcement in an op-ed piece she wrote for today's New York Times called "My Medical Choice." She revealed that she has completed three months of surgical procedures to remove both breasts this year.
Why did she do it? A test indicated she carried a gene that would cause her to have a high risk of developing breast cancer. Her mother died from cancer in 2007.
Take a look at how Hollywood stars, some of them breast cancer survivors, are responding on Twitter to Jolie's decision:

Gomez, when asked if she were available in "every way" Boston's Kiss 108 radio on May 10, responded with a simple, "yep," confirming her single status.
But Selena isn't the only thing Bieber seems to be without these days. His phone's spell-check seems to be out of the picture, too.
Bieber was also seen wearing the same mask in Stockholm later that month, just two days before authorities searched his tour bus for drugs--which, for the record, were found, along with a taser.
But this isn't Bieber's first masquerade. The 19-year-old sported a gas mask in London in March, which also raised a few eyebrows.

After experiencing major backlash for sporting a bindi during her MTV Movie Award performance in April, Selena Gomez opted to leave the Hindu forehead piece out of her new music video, "Come & Get It," which premiered online on May 7.
Gomez's original choice to wear a bindi, which she defended on Z100 and Letterman, was deemed "insensitive" by Rajan Zed, President of the Universal Society of Hinduism, who said, "It is not meant to be thrown around loosely for seductive effects or as a fashion accessory aiming at mercantile greed," in a statement to W.E.N.N. "Selena should apologize and then she should get acquainted with the basics of world religions," he added.
Despite Zed's initial criticism, the Universal Society of Hinduism released a statement after the video's release, expressing their gratitude for Gomez's choice to not wear a bindi in her newest video, according to E! News, and rather suggesting that Gomez "seriously explore Hinduism," offering his, or other Hindu scholars' assistance.
What do you think of Selena's choice to perform without a bindi? Let us know!
New couple Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn made their red carpet debut at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute Gala alongside stars like Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen.
Olympic skier Vonn wore a cream-colored gown and her hair slicked back into a ponytail.
Golf pro Woods, 37, and Vonn, 28, announced they were dating on Facebook back in March. They had been dating for months but had kept it a secret.
Vonn took to Facebook to gush about how good her new beau looked on the red carpet:
Looks a little different from the golf course and ski slopes he looks good in a suitthx to Elie Saab @JimmyChooLtd and @armani #selfie #MET #ilovefashion
However, she is probably not gushing about Woods' behavior at the after-party. According to this Us Weekly report, Woods got drunk and embarrassed Vonn. The report says witnesses are coming forth with stories of a seemingly tipsy Woods grabbing Vonn's butt and also falling while walking up a flight of stairs.
Check out photos of all the stars at the Met Gala.

Woods posted this back in March on his Facebook page (along with a photo of the couple smiling arm-in-arm):

A&E apparently liked the look of the Mark Wahlberg’s TV pilot about a group of young, working-class women from Boston. We’re told the network has ordered six episodes of the docu-series -- still untitled -- making it the first unscripted series for Wahlberg. (As we’ve reported, he’s got a few others in the works.) Wahlberg is executive producing the show along with Stephen Levinson of Leverage, Bill Thompson of Bill Thompson Productions, reality TV producer Stephanie Drachkovitch of 44 Blue Productions, and showrunner Jennifer Colbert. Unlike the jokey “Southie Rules” or the crass “Wicked Single,” Wahlberg is aiming to inspire with this show, telling the stories of young women who, with the help of family and friends, try to overcome obstacles and improve themselves. Success, they discover, is not easy.

Mama June and Sugar Bear exchanged vows on Cinco de Mayo.
They are the parents of the famous pint-sized beauty queen and TLC phenomenon Honey Boo Boo. Mama Bear (June Shannon, 33) opted for a camouflage and orange dress instead of a more traditional look (are you surprised?).
But wait ... was it actually a wedding?
According to People.com, the couple won't say whether they were married or just recommitted to each other. And USA Today is reporting that it was indeed a commitment ceremony and that guests were "encouraged to wear 'full redneck attire.'"
Regardless of what it was, the pair, who met nine years ago in an online chat room, dressed up and celebrated their love at a big family barbecue with daughters Honey Boo Boo (Alana Thompson, 7), Pumpkin, Chickadee, and Chubbs. Honey Boo Boo wore a bright orange and red dress.
The family stars, of course, in "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" on TLC, which returns for a new season in July.

Reese Witherspoon spoke with "Good Morning America" on Thursday about her recent arrest for disorderly conduct in Atlanta, and told host George Stephanopoulos that she was saying all types of nonsense while talking to the cop. Now we have proof.
After the morning show interview, "Entertainment Tonight" obtained the dash cam video of Witherspoon's, uh, confrontation with the Atlanta police officer who arrested her. Take a look for yourself above.
If you couldn't get the gist of the conversation (well, we think that's what she was trying to have) Witherspoon had with the officer, take a look at a couple interesting quotes from the clip below.
"I'm a U.S. citizen. I'm allowed to stand on American ground and ask you a question that I want to ask."
"You better not arrest me."
"Are you kidding me? I'm an American citizen."
"This is not -- this is not -- this is harrassment. You're harrassing me."
Do you think the officer was right in arresting her? Do you think she should have stayed in the car while her husband, Jim Toth, was being handcuffed? Let us know in the comments.

The Kardashian sisters' little bro, Rob, found himself in hot water when a paparazzo filed a civil court suit against the 26-year-old. The photographer claims Rob Kardashian assaulted her in an enclosed garage and stole her memory card outside a West Hollywood gym back in late March, according to the LATimes. Andra Viak, who goes by the name Kassandra Perez, had been taking photos of a shirtless Kardashian when the alleged incident occurred. She said the stolen memory card is worth approximately $30,000 and "contained 1,200 pictures of celebs and about 300 freelance photos."
According to the official document, released by E! News, Kardashian "who is more than twice the size of the Plaintiff [Viak], intentionally, willfully, wantonly and malicious ran at Plaintiff, reached through Plaintiff's car window and attacked Plaintiff in order to wrestle Plaintiff's camera out of her hands and steal the memory card from her camera." Viak also claims Kardashian's "violent use of force" resulted in "severe contusions on her arm and chest."
The documents also claim that Kardashian left with the memory card and told Viak, "I'll pay you when I see you."
It looks like Viak is seeking that payment... in court.
In addition to general damage compensation, the photographer seeks court and attorney fees as well as income losses suffered. She claims she is unable to pursue her "usual occupation" due incident.
E! News also reported the Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed "because Kardashian allegedly took [Viak's] memory card by force, they are investigating for felony robbery."
