"Glee" actor Cory Monteith has checked into rehab.
The actor, who plays Finn Hudson on the Fox show, "has voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction," his rep tells People.com.
It's not the 30-year-old actor's first time in rehab. He was also in rehab for substance abuse at age 19.
His girlfriend and costar, Lea Michele, 26, is supporting him.
"I love and support Cory and will stand by him through this," she told People.com. "I am grateful and proud he made this decision."
The couple went public with their romance a year ago.
