Country star Jason Aldean filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, Jessica Ussery, Friday afternoon.
The "1994" singer released an official statement Monday, saying:
"Jessica and I have been together since we were teenagers. We've been through a lot of ups and downs over the years as we grew up together as a couple. She will always be important to me because she is the mother of my children, and I know that we will both always make our daughters our #1 priority."
Aldean and Ussery wed in 2001 and have two daughters, Keeley, 10, and Kendyl, 5, for who the singer added, "for my girls’ sake I really wish people would give us some level of privacy and at the very least be respectful of them."
The 36-year-old previously came under fire when photos of him kissing former "American Idol" contestant Brittany Kerr surfaced last fall. Aldean issued an apology following the leak, stating:
"The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that's the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself."
Aldean walked the red carpet with Ussery at the 46th Annual Country Music Association Awards shortly after the scandal, but sadly it seems as though the couple's days were numbered. The "My Kinda Party" singer cited "irreconcilable differences" as reason for the filing.

If you've been following the up-and-down romance of Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez (and, really, who hasn't?), you'll want to see the photo the Biebs posted on Instagram that has the world buzzing. When your mom is Beyonce and your dad is Jay-Z, you lunch in Paris.
That's right, we're talking about one-year-old Blue Ivy Carter.
She looks like any other tot -- wearing jeans, neon sneakers, a cute T-shirt and sucking on a pacifier. But she probably has more frequent flyer miles than most kids her age.
And she certainly knows how to trend on Twitter more than most tots. Her little lunch date with mom and dad has inspired many tweets.
Blue Ivy is currently in France while her mother is on tour there. Next stop for The Mrs. Carter Show world tour? The UK! Then Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Germany ... Keep that passport handy, baby Blue!

Before she won an Oscar, Jennifer Lawrence spent the early days of her career posing for the camera as a model. The "Silver Linings Playbook" star joked about her short-lived modeling days on an episode of Conan O'Brien's late night show in February and we've been waiting anxiously to check out some pics. Kentucky-based photographer Chris Kaufman revealed a series of shots featuring a young Lawrence, who he met when shes was 12, in an E! exclusive.
In the accompanying interview with Kaufman, he revealed the young star reminded him of someone near and dear to our own city's heart:
"'When I first took her picture, I stopped shooting and I turned to my assistant and said, 'You don't see people move like that,'" Kaufman recalled. "'I was thinking she moved like Gisele [Bündchen], and I've seen Gisele in person. It was like, 'Where did you get this ability?'
Kaufman also assured the network that the outspoken youngster (who would grow up to play the role of Katniss Everdeen in the "Hunger Games" trilogy) hasn't changed a bit, adding: "She's not going to care what she says, and the charm of her is that she will tell you what she's thinking. She will totally slip up one day and say something ridiculous but totally overcome it."

Gwyneth Paltrow has been named the "World's Most Beautiful Woman" by People magazine.
She takes her crown from Beyonce, who was People's choice last year.
The actress is busy as well as beautiful. The wife of Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and mother of Apple, 8, and Moses, 7, has a new movie, "Iron Man 3," hitting theaters May 3. And her second cookbook, "It's All Good," debuted at No. 1 on the New York Times bestseller list. Find out more about Paltrow's win from People.com.
But her publicity lately hasn't all been good.
Paltrow has been attacked for selling kids' bikinis on her Goop website. Child abuse campaigners from the organization Kidscape say the bikinis are too sexual for small children. Find out more about the controversy from this Buzz 60 video.
Some of the other stars who made People's list of most beautiful this year include Jennifer Lawrence, Halle Berry, Amanda Seyfried, Zooey Deschanel, Kelly Rowland and Pink. Check out photos of all the beautiful ladies on People.com.

Reese Witherspoon was all smiles Sunday night at the New York City premiere of her new flick, "Mud," but the Oscar-winning actress won't be gracing the small screen this week to promote the film -- at least not any time soon, reports the Washington Post. Witherspoon canceled this week's appearances on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" and "Good Morning America" following a run-in with the law and pulling the "Do you know my name?" line that landed her in Atlanta jail.
The "Legally Blonde" star issued an apology Monday for her "one drink too many" behavior with husband, Jim Toth, who was arrested for DUI Friday.
The couple's court hearing, originally slated for Monday, has been rescheduled for May 22. Toth, who blew a .139 in his sobriety test, may face more serious consequences than his wife -- legally, personally, and professionally -- but still "feels awful that he involved Reese in the situation," a source told People Magazine.
As for the actress, Washington Post sources say neither TV appearance has been rescheduled.
Too bad for Witherspoon: Jimmy Kimmel still found room to snark on her arrest on his own late-night show Monday night. According to US Weekly, the comedian poked fun at the situation, saying:
"The police report says she asked the cop 'Do you know my name? You're about to find out who I am.' Does that ever work? 'Do you know who I am?' is second only to 'Do you know who my father is?'" the 45-year-old quipped on Jimmy Kimmel Live. "It's a bad question because the answer is either 'no' -- which is embarrassing -- or 'yes, and you're going to jail.'"

America's sweetheart Reese Witherspoon and husband Jim Toth, an agent for Creative Artists Agency, were taken into custody early Friday morning in Atlanta. Toth was pulled over at a traffic stop for swerving between lanes and subsequently jailed with DUI charges after failing a sobriety test, according to the official report acquired by Variety.
The "Mud" actress was also cuffed and taken into custody after she "verbally sparred" the arresting officer. The couple was quickly released on bond at 3:30 a.m. on Friday.
Witherspoon released a statement Sunday, according to E! Online, saying:
"Out of respect for the ongoing legal situation, I cannot comment on everything that is being reported right now. But I do want to say, I clearly had one drink too many and I am deeply embarrassed about the things I said. It was definitely a scary situation and I was frightened for my husband, but that is no excuse."
The Oscar-winning actress also apologized for being "disrespectful" to the arresting officer and said she has "nothing but respect for the police."
Witherspoon and Toth were due in Atlanta Municipal Court for a hearing on the incident earlier this morning but neither was required to attend. E! notes the maximum charge for Toth could be "a year in jail, a $1,000 fine, 40 hours of community service, a defensive driving class and a license suspension," while Witherspoon could face "a $1,000 fine and up to 60 days in custody" under city ordinance. A follow-up court date may be set within the next 30-60 days depending on today's outcome.
Witherspoon and Toth both attended the Sunday premiere of her upcoming film "Mud" in New York City, but opted to keep mum on the topic.

The romance is officially legally over: Kim Kardashian and her Brooklyn Nets ex Kris Humphries reportedly reached a divorce settlement this afternoon in Los Angeles. Kanye West's baby mama-to-be was due to go head-to-head in court with Humphries, who filed claims that the marriage should be annulled based on the accusation of fraud May 6. The parties were given the option (which they took) to settle (which they did) prior to the court date on April 19.
According to E!, Judge Hank Goldberg, who presided over the settlement, asked Kardashian "Is there anyway your marriage could be saved?" to which Kim responded, ""No your Honor."
E! also reports: "The mom-to-be also confirmed to the court she had entered into this agreement freely."
No word on Humphries's response.
The official end of marriage date is expected to be in mid-June.
"Rumor Has It" that 24-year-old Grammy winner Adele has turned down a seven-figure deal to pen her biography. The "Rolling in the Deep" songstress reportedly declined the publishing offer because she felt she's still too young to write a memoir. According to UK news source, The Mirror, several publishing houses, including Harper Collins, approached the new mom but she's shied away from signing onto a project.
Could age be the only thing holding Adele back?
What do you think of Adele's rumored book deal? Do you think she should write a biography in the future? Sound off here.

The "new" Amanda Bynes, complete with blonde hair extensions, cheek piercings, and heavy eye make-up, is a far cry from the goofy girl we knew and loved on Nickelodeon's "All That" and "The Amanda Show."
The former child star is back in the limelight, most recently for her bizarre "getting ready" video (below), titled "I'm Sucking On A Sour Patch Kid Listening To Music Getting Ready For Tonight :D" that she posted on Twitter April 15.
The video wasn't the first social media post that has caught the eye of the media lately. Bynes posted a lengthy tweet on April 10, fueling the fire for media outlets and reporters such as Perez Hilton, Complex Magazine, E! News, and apparently "every other news source who says [she's] doing something 'wrong'." Check out the official tweet and extended full post:
I'm suing every blog, every magazine, every news source that's saying I'm doing anything wrong "erratic behavior"... twitpl.us/t/cfT— Amanda Bynes (@AmandaBynes) April 10, 2013
I'm suing every blog, every magazine, every news source that's saying I'm doing anything wrong "erratic behavior" is not me! I'm suing In Touch, Us Weekly, Perez Hilton for hiring paparazzi who follow me then take the worst photos with the worst angles. I'd like to put up their worst photos on my twitter until they only start putting up my twitter photos when writing a story when there is NO story, just an awful photo posted with instead of a caption, they say I have erratic behavior when I do NOTHING wrong. There's NOTHING with my life, other than you putting up awful candid photo after photo. I'm working out, it's hard getting in shape with an eating disorder. Please follow me on twitter then look forward to be sued if you if say I have erratic behavior or am living my life wrong in anyway.
If you need a quick reminder of the funny chick that we '80s and '90s babies grew up with, take a look at the clip of "The Amanda Show" below.
What do you think of Bynes' behavior? Her transformation? Let us know what you think in the comments.
For those of you eagerly awaiting Tom Brady's debut on Twitter (including Twitter CEO Dick Costolo, who puts the quarterback on the top of his wish list), it's time to move on -- his better half Gisele Bundchen has joined Instagram.
The supermodel joined the site on April 8 and already has almost 45,000 followers. She's only following six users, including Brazilian model Fernanda Tavares and photographer Mario Sorrenti.
So far, Gisele has uploaded three pictures, and yes, one of them is a "selfie," an extremely popular shot on the photo sharing platform. Her inaugural post was a shot of herself, draped in the Brazilian flag.

Did Jay-Z really get clearance from President Obama for his recent trip to Cuba with wife Beyonce? That's exactly what he's rapping in his new single, "Open Letter."
Nope, says White House spokesman Jay Carney, who told the media, "I guess nothing rhymes with Treasury because Treasury offers and gives licenses for travel, as you know, and the White House has nothing to do with it."
When pressed further, Carney said simply, "It's a song. The president did not communicate with Jay-Z over this trip."
Listen to his entire answer in the AP video above.
And here are portions of the lyrics in question:
Boy from the hood/but got White House clearance.
Obama said, ‘Chill, you gonna get me impeached’/But you don’t need this (expletive) anyway/Chill with me on the beach.
So what's all the fuss about this trip?
Americans are not allowed to spend money in Cuba unless granted a specific license by the Office of Foreign Asset Control, according to this New York Times report. On Wednesday, the Treasury Department said Jay-Z's trip was classified as an educational exchange and not a tourism trip so it was OK (the superstars met with a theater group and visited an art institute).
According to the same report, the couple wined and dined at some of the best restaurants, danced, and strolled through historic Old Havana to celebrate their fifth wedding anniversary. This caused some members of Congress to doubt that the trip was indeed educational and demand an explanation from the Treasury Department. But the Treasury Department said sightseeing is allowed during downtime on an educational trip.

Aussie super model Miranda Kerr has been the subject of speculation this week when US magazine circulated a rumor that her $1 million contract as a Victoria's Secret Angel was not renewed. The celeb publication cites sources who say Orlando Bloom's wife had "her wings clipped" because she was "not a big seller for VS."
Would this mean she's off the brand completely?
Not so much. The source continues: "They can still use her for catalogue, where she will get a day rate, but she doesn't have to be an Angel to do that."
This is true. Former members of the Angels -- the official group of models associated with Victoria's Secret -- Gisele Bundchen, Tyra Banks, and Heidi Klum also continued to work with the brand after giving up their wings to pursue other projects.
US continues with an additional source that says Kerr's "difficult reputation" is to blame for the split.
However, a statement from Victoria's Secret president and chief marketing officer Ed Razek denies the rumors, saying "She is also a consummate professional. Any rumors to the contrary are simply untrue ... While her international commitments have kept her away from us more than we'd like over the past few years, she will always be an Angel to me."
Does that settle that? Perhaps.
The status of Kerr's contract has yet to be confirmed or denied but Razek went on to say the model has already signed on to be a part of the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. Kerr's rep confirmed Razek's statement but has no comment on contract details, according to USA Today.
Also in the world of Angels, earlier this week, the newest model to get her wings, Karlie Kloss, received backlash for keeping her hair short in the brand's campaign featuring long-haired "bombshells." Rough week to be a super model?
We guess so.

Following one of reality TV's most elaborate weddings, is one of its most elaborate divorces.
Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries will head to court May 6, where the soon-to-be mother of Kanye West's baby will ask that the marriage be dissolved, rather than annulled. The Brooklyn Nets player countered Kardashian's petition for divorce in October 2011 claiming the marriage was a fraud. The "Keeping Up" star plans to fight these claims.
Following an April 8 filing, the official witness list requested by Team Kardashian was released. Kim and her mother, Kris Jenner, top the list to be called to the stand, as well as show producers Bunim Murray and Farnaz Farajam.
Meanwhile, Humphries' attorney told E! Online his defense will include statements by wedding planner Sharon Sachs, Will.i.am, and Kardashian's hair dresser. E-mails between the couple and producers of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," their prenuptial agreement, and evidence of a "'mysterious fund transfer' of $100,000 to KKLOVE, LLC from an off-shore account" will also be brought before the court.
The parties will meet Friday to attempt an agreement prior to the court date.

Hollywood is full of baby bumps this spring!
Oscar winner Halle Berry is spotted showing her baby bump while stepping out in New York City. She is expecting a baby with fiance Olivier Martinez. The actress is also mom to 5-year-old Nahla with ex Gabriel Aubry. Berry is having a boy. Check out a photo of Berry's bump in the E! News video above.
Kim Kardashian, who is six months pregnant, showed off a bare baby bump in this Instagram photo Saturday, writing simply, "Baby love." She's expecting her first child this summer with boyfriend Kanye West (AP Photo by Jordan Strauss/Invision).
And check out Jessica Simpson's bump. The six-months pregnant "Fashion Star" judge has been rocking a lot of black in her maternity wear lately. And she's been practicing walking in flats around her house. Check out this Twitpic:

Simpson, who has an 11-month-old daughter named Maxwell with fiance Eric Johnson, is also having a boy.
And it's a country bump for Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott, who debuted her tummy at the 2013 ACM Awards. She is expecting her first child with hubby Chris Tyrrell in December.
She tweeted from the show:

Maybe Halle Berry's rant at the paparazzi earlier this week about "a child" wasn't just to protect her daughter, Nahla. Berry and her fiancee, Olivier Martinez, are reportedly expecting a baby boy, according to a TMZ exclusive.
Earlier this week Berry yelled at photographers who crowded around her and her family as they exited LAX, calling them "idiots" and warning that there was a child present. Think she was referencing someone besides her 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, from a previous marriage to Gabriel Aubry?
During the chaos, Martinez allegedly kicked one of the media members as they rushed the family.

Justin Bieber is no stranger to getting inked, with 10 of his own "eclectic" tattoos, but the 18-year-old pop sensation found himself on the other side of the gun last summer when he tatted up New York tattoo artist Bang Bang (aka Keith McCurdy).
What did he permanently mark MrCurdy with? A cartoon-like picture of a buff mouse with the words "swaggy," Bieber's proclaimed alter-ego, according to the New York Daily News. Bieber's artistry may land him a $2,000 fine for tattooing without a license.
Bieber's illegal ink is just one of many strange instances for the "Believe" singer. In the past few months, the 19-year-old's pet monkey was confiscated by German customs officials for lack of credentials. Adding to the craziness: he also had to cancel a show in Portugal and allegedly attacked one of his neighbors.
Are you surprised to hear that he tried his hand at tattooing? Would you let him give you one? Let us know in the comments.

Rumors are swirling that the Beyonce backup dancer-turned-"Glee" Cheerio may be expecting her first child with longtime boyfriend, Taylor Hubbell. Heather Morris, 26, has not confirmed the pregnancy but an unnamed source exclusively told US Magazine, "She's a little more than three months along and starting to show."
Morris, who plays cheerleader Brittany S. Pierce on Fox's hit show, spoke on her interest to start a family with Hubbell, who is her high school beau, in a 2011 Fitness Magazine interview: "I want to marry him so bad. That's what I really care about. I want to marry Taylor and have kids with him. I love acting, but if it affects my relationship, then I won't continue doing it."
The actress confirmed that the couple moved in together in 2012 during an episode of "The Late Show" with David Letterman.

Conrad Murray, the doctor convicted of manslaughter and sent to prison for the 2009 death of Michael Jackson, unexpectedly burst into song to CNN's Anderson Cooper during one of his first interviews since he was sent to jail. He said the song "tells my story," reports cnn.com.
The song he chose? Nat King Cole's "The Little Boy that Santa Claus Forgot." He sang it over the phone to a seemingly stunned Cooper who just sat in silence and cocked his head.
Here are the lyrics to the song, courtesy of metrolyrics.com:
He's the little boy that Santa Claus forgot And goodness knows, he didn't want a lot He sent a note to Santa For some soldiers and a drum It broke his little heart When he found Santa hadn't come In the street, he envies all those lucky boys Then wanders home to last year's broken toys I'm so sorry for that laddie, he hasn't got a daddy The little boy that Santa Claus forgot You know, Christmas comes But once a year for every girl and boy The laughter and the joy they find in each brand new toy I'll tell you of a little boy that lives across the way This little fella's Christmas is just another day He's the little boy that Santa Claus forgot And goodness knows, he didn't want a lot In the street, he envies all those lucky boys Then wanders home to last year's broken toys I'm so sorry for that laddie, he hasn't got a daddy The little boy that Santa Claus forgot
The doctor spoke to Cooper the same day jury selection began for the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against event promoter AEG Live for negligence in hiring Murray as Jackson's private physician.
