Backstreet's back: Doing the Harlem Shake

Just when you thought the Harlem Shake trend was coming to a close, the Backstreet Boys have taken it to another level.

Not only did the fivesome get in on the fun by wearing costumes (Nick Carter channeled Times Square' famous Naked Cowboy) and dancing like fools, they also threw it back to the days of the "Everybody" music video with a few seconds of synchronized choreography. Do you recognize those dance moves? If not, take a look at the video, circa 1997, below.
