Justin Bieber was left out of last weekend's Grammys festivities, but he managed to keep his presence up, hosting "Saturday Night Live" and a shirtless livestream slated for the same time as the award show. However, Patrick Carney, one-half of The Black Keys who took home the awards for Best Rock Performance and Rock Song, showed little love for the Biebs.
"I don't know. He's rich, right?" Carney replied, between signing autographs. "Grammys are for like ... music, not for money and he's making a lot of money. He should be happy, I guess."
Bieber's response to the comment?
the black keys drummer should be slapped around haha— Justin Bieber (@justinbieber) February 12, 2013
Carney took to Twitter for a response of his own:
It's cool when you get cornered outside your hotel by a guy with a camera and they ask you a dumb question and then put it on TV. :(— Pat.r.ick (@patrickcarney) February 12, 2013
