It's a first for Hollywood veteran and Oscar-winner Tom Hanks. He fell victim to a blush-worthy unscripted moment while chatting with Elizabeth Vargas on "Good Morning America." That is, he dropped an F-bomb on live TV.
Both Hanks and Vargas gasped and covered their mouths after the slip up.
Hanks said "I've never done that before," apologized to the nation's children, and joked that the next time he's on the show there will be a 7-second delay.
In his defense, when Vargas asked him to demonstrate his accent in his new movie, "Cloud Atlas," he warned that his character talked mostly in swear words.
Life is indeed like a box of chocolates, eh Tom?
What do you think of Hanks's foul moment?
