Michael Phelps throws Las Vegas retirement bash, Prince Harry steps out in London
Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps made a big splash over the weekend, celebrating his retirement in Sin City. The celebration involved a pool party, of course. There was also a gold-medal themed cake and plenty of dancing as Phelps himself danced into the DJ booth and raised his arms up to his fans.
The 27-year-old decorated Olympian, who has won more gold medals than any other athlete in Olympic history (18 gold, 22 total) is hanging up his swimming trunks -- at least when it comes to competitive swimming.
Phelps squashed rumors he had won $100,000 at the poker table over the weekend by tweeting:
I wish I won a 100k ... Haha not true tho:(

Speaking of Sin City fun ...Prince Harry made his first appearance since those nude photos of him in Vegas surfaced. He attended an awards ceremony Monday for the charity WellChild to celebrate the lives of seriously ill children as well as the doctors who take care of them, according to the Associated Press.
