The French court is siding with the British royals in a lawsuit over those controversial topless photos of Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge.
The magazine publisher of the French gossip magazine Closer has been ordered to hand over all digital copies of topless photos of Kate Middleton within 24 hours and has put a halt to further publication of what the court called a ‘‘brutal display’’ of the royal couple's private moments, according to the AP.
