More than 275 restaurants, bakeries, and cafes in the Bay State are taking part in next week’s Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer, and to get ready Blue Ginger’s Ming Tsai and pastry chef Michele Fadden (above) prepped their yummy yuzu fritters with pink peppercorn ice cream and rhubarb-cucumber shooters. The event raises money for breast cancer care and research at Dana-Farber.
