SiriusXM Radio is devoting a channel to the Charlie Sheen affair. The satellite radio service announced yesterday that it has created Tiger Blood Radio, a 24-hour limited-run channel that will examine the frenzy surrounding the star of “Two and a Half Men.’’ Tiger Blood Radio will air Saturday from 6 a.m. until Sunday at 6 a.m. Meanwhile, Spike TV announced yesterday that it will chronicle the Sheen saga Wednesday night with an animated half-hour special called “Charlie Sheen’s Winningest Moments.’’

Love is out $430k
Courtney Love has agreed to pay designer Dawn Simorangkir $430,000 plus interest to settle a lawsuit over comments Love made on Twitter and her MySpace blog. Simorangkir, who made five outfits for the singer, sued over several postings that accused her of theft and of having a criminal background.

Clapton helps cause
Eric Clapton is parting with dozens of guitars and amps at a New York City auction to benefit an alcohol and drug treatment center he founded in Antigua. New York-Bonhams will offer the 70 guitars and 70 amps next Wednesday.
