Funny guy Tom Green was inducted into the Harvard Lampoon Hall of Fame yesterday during a ceremony at the magazine’s so-called Castle. Green, who hosted “The Tom Green Show’’ on MTV before landing roles in lowbrow movies like “Freddy Got Fingered’’ and “Road Trip,’’ did not in fact work for the Lampoon or even attend Harvard.
