Lindsay Lohan’s alcohol monitoring bracelet went off after the actress appeared at Sunday’s MTV Movie Awards, according to a source familiar with her probation. The alert could result in another appearance before a judge. The actress’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said she is looking into whether a violation occurred. The bracelet tests the skin for alcohol every half-hour by sampling perspiration. Lohan, 23, has been required to wear it since May 24.

Coleman’s will read
Gary Coleman’s will names a friend and former manager as executor of the late child star’s estate and specifies that he wanted to be cremated, according to court documents filed yesterday in Utah. The 42-year-old actor died May 28 after suffering a brain hemorrhage. Coleman says in the will that he wanted to be remembered in a wake conducted by people who had no financial ties to the star of the sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes.’’

Brown: No OK from UK
Singer Chris Brown has been denied entry into the United Kingdom, postponing his tour. The British government’s Home Office said he had been refused a visa because of his criminal record. Last year Brown was sentenced to five years’ probation and six months of community service for the beating of his then-girlfriend, R&B singer Rihanna.
