Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore threatened yesterday to organize a boycott of Connecticut in response to Senator Joe Lieberman’s opposition to key parts of federal health care legislation. Moore said he will launch the boycott if Lieberman continues to block the bill. Moore urged Connecticut voters to hold rallies and flood Lieberman’s office with phone calls and e-mails. “I and millions of others across this country want to see Connecticut rise up against their representative who is not representing them,’’ Moore said. Report: Woods’s wife wants divorceABCNews.com is reporting that Tiger Woods’s wife, Elin Nordegren, wants a divorce. A source close to Nordegren told the website that a “divorce is 100 percent on.’’ Since crashing his SUV into a tree outside his Florida home Nov. 27, Woods’s personal life has been laid bare, with revelations of multiple affairs. Nordegren was photographed this week without her wedding ring, and there are reports she’s headed to Sweden with her kids - without her husband - for the holidays.

Guitarist parts with band, againRed Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante confirmed he’s left the band again. Frusciante posted a statement online saying, “When I quit the band, over a year ago, we were on an indefinite hiatus. There was no drama or anger involved, and the other guys were very understanding.’’ Frusciante joined the Chili Peppers in 1988 to replace the late Hillel Slovak. He left the band in 1992 and returned in 1998, following rehabilitation for heroin addiction. (Billboard)
