'Chappelle's Show' episodes to air

Comedy Central announced yesterday it plans to air the ill-fated third-season episodes of ''Chappelle's Show" that were never broadcast because comedian Dave Chappelle abruptly left the Emmy-nominated hit series. The network will premiere the episodes during the second quarter of 2006. Before then, Comedy Central will offer a sneak peek by airing never-before-seen footage from third-season sketches during ''Comedy Central's Last Laugh '05" which premieres Sunday night at 9.

Aniston threatens suit over topless photos

TheSmokingGun.com has obtained a copy of a letter from lawyers for Jennifer Aniston warning publications they'll face invasion of privacy lawsuits if they print topless photos of the actress taken recently while she was apparently sunbathing at her LA home. In the letter, attorney John Lavely wrote that publication of photos ''showing [Aniston] topless or in the act of taking off or putting on her top" would expose those titles to ''substantial monetary damages." Lavely wrote that the photos were taken by paparazzo Peter Brandt, using ''powerful telephoto lenses" from more than a mile away.

Eminem fan sentenced for murder

An Eminem fan who beat a female law student to death and then stuffed her body into a suitcase was sentenced to life in prison yesterday. Christopher Duncan, 21, pleaded guilty last week to killing Jagdip Najran, 26, a law student and aspiring singer. Prosecutors said Najran, who studied at London Metropolitan University, met Duncan at a karaoke bar in Britain last year and was smitten with him after watching him perform. Duncan, who has the same hair color, hairstyle, and tattoos as the rapper, beat her with a metal baseball bat. The scene was reminiscent of a murder played out in Eminem's ''Stan" video.

John plans civil partnership ceremony

Pop star Elton John will ''wed" his longtime partner David Furnish at the same venue where Prince Charles married Camilla Parker Bowles in April. The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead announced yesterday that John and Furnish would formalize their 12-year relationship with a civil partnership ceremony Dec. 21.
