'Dark Tide'

'Dark Tide' author Stephen Puleo chatted Sept. 20, 2010

Back in June, Sam Allis wrote a story asking why Boston didn't have a city-wide reading program. So we got to thinking: maybe we could! We put it up to a vote and readers elected local author Stephen Puleo's "Dark Tide: The Great Boston Molasses Flood of 1919." Puleo will chat live online with Boston.com readers on Sept. 20 at noon and in person at 6 p.m. at the Boston Public Library.
